oh, and by man I do mean man, not boy. it's John, not Isak, who is opposed to waffly goodness.

Hah, I had pancakes today too! They were lovely. Magnus doesn't know what's best for him.
The photos make me long to get my camera out of the bag it's been sitting in for several weeks now. No energy, no light, like always this time of year.
Come to think of it, I don't think I would make it through the winter at all without pancakes.
Julia, sure you can! All you have to do is travel to Norway, catch a train to Oppdal, take the bus to Ålvundeid, then maybe thumb it the 15 minutes by car to the parking lot (the locals are friendly), then walk for about an hour and a half, and you're there: The most beautiful valley on earth, with the prettiest little farm, where they sell the best waffles in the universe. With homemade black currant jelly and sour cream from the cows that laze about. Easy peasy!

Clementine hasn't liked pancakes yet either! We haven't tried waffles, but how could she not? Must try. As you say: more for us!
